ADMINISTRATIVE LAW

We are specialised in every kind of appeal, both to the administrative authorities and to the administrative courts, in particular with regard to
compulsory purchase orders, tenders and public auctions, as well as the proceedings for obtain all types of government-issued licenses, including at local authority level.

These include many forms of licencing, from those relating to the environment and telecommunications to building licenses.

REAL ESTATE LAW

The firm offers advice on investment, realisation of investments, and real estate administration, from the first contacts to the final fiscal aspects.
The firm includes estate agents who give advice to private individuals interested in participating in real estate auctions.

We are particularly involved in advising on lease contracts including the updating of pre-existing ones, with the aim of optimising the property portfolio held by companies and private parties

TOWN PLANNING LAW

Working in the closest collaboration with our administrative law department, our town planning department is one of the most successful areas in the firm, in particular with regard to negotiating with representatives of local authorities. We advise on planning changes of town councils, as well as bringing actions before administrative courts.

ENVIRONMENTAL LAW

Due to requirements imposed by recent legislative changes in this field, we have a new department specialised in appeals before the public administration against
penalties imposed as a consequence of infringement of environmental legislation.

INTERNATIONAL LAW

The firm is involved in a wide range of activities in the international area, focusing its operations mainly on commercial activities, customs and free
movement of goods. We provide advice to foreign companies who want to introduce themselves into the European Union Market. All activities covered by the firm on a national level can be offered at international level, including tax, real estate, commercial, etc. Furthermore, we undertake all necessary administration in order to regularise the working and residence status of foreigners in Spain, as well as validation of university certificates etc.
